Man facing prison if he fails to pay £25k fine for converting farm into home without permission

A person who transformed a Yorkshire farm into a house with out planning permission has been ordered to pay greater than £25,000 or face jail time.

Liam Snowden, 34, was convicted at York Crown Courtroom in January after ignoring an enforcement discover first issued in 2020.
